Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that shopping online requires confidence, and we truly appreciate the trust you place in Kidshe. To maintain hygiene and product quality standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons once an order has been shipped or delivered:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour preference or style choice
However, customer satisfaction remains important to us. In the uncommon situation where:
- You receive a damaged or defective item, or
- You receive a different product than what was ordered
our support team will gladly assist you with a replacement or suitable resolution after verification.
Replacement Conditions (Damaged or Defective Products)
To ensure a quick and fair resolution, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- A full unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the product inside must be provided.
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and visible issue should be shared along with the Order ID.
- The original packaging, tags, and invoice must be preserved until the case is resolved.
These requirements help our team properly evaluate the situation and provide the appropriate support.
How to Request a Replacement

Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the resolution process.
Refund Process
Once the claim has been verified and approved:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (if applicable): The refund will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of details.
After approval, refunds are typically initiated within 24β48 hours, but it may take 5β7 working days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping
For approved replacement cases, Kidshe will arrange a reverse pickup where courier services are available.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area:
- You may be requested to ship the product back using a courier service.
- Standard shipping charges will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. If the delivery is refused, the refund will be processed only after the product is returned and inspected, and shipping charges may be deducted.
Tampered or Missing Packages
If your order is delivered in a tampered, damaged, or incomplete condition, please retain the packaging and notify us immediately.
Within 48 hours of delivery, please send:
- A complete unboxing video
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and the product received
Our team will review the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it as quickly as possible.
